Northlight Mental Health is a small, woman-led group practice serving clients across Minnesota through virtual therapy. We’re relational, trauma-informed, and values-driven. We believe clinicians do their best work when they’re respected, supported, and given space to thrive- both professionally and personally.

We accept both private pay and a variety of insurance payers.

• 100% scheduling autonomy. You decide when, how often, and how much you work

You might be our next clinician if

• You’re a fully licensed therapist in Minnesota (LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LP)

• You have one or more clinical specialties — whether it’s trauma, grief, perinatal care, LGBTQ+ care, somatic work, or something else

• You’re organized, self-directed, and take pride in your clinical work

• You want to be part of a small, thoughtful team with a strong ethical foundation

• You value mentorship and connection — not just a “job”
