I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the state of Minnesota and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Indiana offering online sessions. I am passionate about providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to bring their whole self to explore emotions, thoughts, patterns, strengths, and adaptive and non-adaptive coping skills and work together to create a life worth living. I believe in the power of truly being heard, seen, and accepted for who you are.
I have extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mental Health and Substance Abuse Issues, Eating Disorders and Body Image Concerns, and Women's Issues. I enjoy helping others find their identity and voice and letting go of narratives that no longer serve them and working through life transitions.
In my free time I enjoy going on adventures with my husband and two young boys, getting out in nature, and practicing yoga. I look forward to the possibility of walking alongside your journey!
