Do worries, intrusive thoughts, or painful memories pull you away from what matters most to you? Do you feel like life goes on around you while you struggle with your inner experiences? You are not alone. Navigating overthinking, overwhelm, or caregiver stress can leave you feeling depleted and disconnected from what you actually want and need.
Together, we'll explore new ways of approaching these struggles so they have less power over your life. This can help you gain the freedom to focus on what really matters to you even when difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations show up.
I want our time together to feel safe and empowering so that you can be honest about your needs and desires and grow in your awareness and appreciation of yourself.
I use an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, drawing on other evidence-based practices in a way that's responsive to your needs. In our sessions, I focus on promoting self-compassion and mindfulness to help you clarify your goals and move toward them.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, swimming, spending time in nature, reading, listening to podcasts, and connecting with friends and family.
