Stacy Naden, MA

Accepting new clients!
I work through a trauma-informed lens with a collaborative and holistic approach meeting clients where they are at. I am passionate about providing a caring, empathetic, empowering, and supportive foundation to foster client safety, growth, and trust. I work intuitively with a variety of modalities to nurture coping skills and build resiliency including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, somatic techniques including meditation, breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), thymus tapping, and creative expression. I have a special interest in working with healing art techniques and guided somatic techniques to foster deeper connection, awareness, and grounding.
My clinical interests include working with adults experiencing:
anxiety,
depression,
ADHD,
trauma,
life transitions, or
other challenges and significant life stressors
I am a Winona State, Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate, and I have current certifications in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction; Art Therapy Practitioner; Professional Guided Imagery Therapist; and Advanced Reiki Practitioner.
In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog and spending time in nature, creating images and objects with paint, crystals, and lots of color. I also love to travel, dance, listen to music, meditate, and nurture self-love.
