Emily founded Northlight Mental Health, PLLC in January of 2024, and has been providing psychotherapy services since 2015. She trains future clinicians through her role as a faculty member with several Twin Cities Universities. Emily's Ph.D. is in Couple and Family Therapy and she is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Clinical specialties and interests include:

Emily is an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor, a Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy (BMFT) Approved Supervisor, and a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT) Approved Supervisor.


In her free time Emily enjoys spending time with her spouse and their three young kids and big fluffy dog.
